CRL Surveys are independent specialist Building Pathologists undertaking the Inspection, Assessment and Investigation (survey) of structures and buildings both in the UK, where we have six regional offices, and overseas. A thorough survey should be considered as risk mitigation, minimising the risks of dilapidations developing into defects and unknowns developing into costly extra overs during repair and refurbishment projects. With the former we can assist you with maintaining your structures and buildings in safe, operational condition, whilst gathering the data needed to prioritise timely maintenance and for the latter, we can assist you take budgetary control.

We maintain UKAS Accreditation for our core activities which gives Customers assurance that we are competent and helps demonstrate our commitment to quality of service. In the following pages our UKAS Accredited activities are indicated by the UKAS Logo. We are only UKAS Accredited for these activities. If in doubt please refer to our Schedule of Accreditation at www.ukas.org.

Transfer of Accreditation and Acceptance of Liability for Accredited Activities.  We were originally accredited in 2012 under Concrete Repairs Limited (CRL Surveys), the Survey Department/ Survey Division of Concrete Repairs Limited. The Survey Department/ Survey Division of Concrete Repairs Limited is now CRL Surveys Limited, a private limited company, distinct and separate from Concrete Repairs Limited/ CRL.  UKAS Accreditation, under UKAS Laboratory Ref 2728, has been transferred from Concrete Repairs Limited (CRL Surveys) to CRL Surveys Limited.  CRL Surveys Limited accepts, fully and completely, all liabilities resulting from the UKAS accredited activities of Concrete Repairs Limited (CRL Surveys), the Survey Department/ Survey Division of Concrete Repairs Limited

The separation and independance of CRL Surveys Limited reinforces UKAS requirements for and our commitment to confidentiality.  We will only divulge information to third parties if given permissions to do so, by the Client.  We can therefore offer clients a fully independent service, or offer a one-stop-shop for all your maintenance and repair needs pulling together the wider expertise within the Centura Group.
